I'm gonna go over what drinks I currently consume on a regular basis. They are (in no particular order):
Coffee (black with an ice cube)
Milk (whole for now. I want to switch to 2% or lower)
Soda (ACK!! I know, I'm trying to quit, but so far I've cut down to 2 a day)
Diet Soda (I admit that I go overboard sometimes by consuming 4 a day *gasp!* but I've been cutting down on that as well)
Green Tea (brewed at home with tea bags)
Arizona Green Tea (I love the stuff but I know that too much isn't good for you)
MONSTER™ energy drinks (I'm guilty as charged. I used to consume Red Bulls, but I lost my taste for them and discovered MONSTER. They have a cleaner after taste, smell better and come in a variety of flavors. If I can't get MONSTER Juice or Assault, I settle for the Lo-Carb version.)
Cappuccino (again, guilty as charged. I only consume that at least once a week, but again I plan to cut that down to only once a month.)
And that's it, people. I know I need to change my habits if I'm to live long and prosper. Any tips would be very helpful.
- Well, I started this blog to show people what it's like to actually follow a diet and it kind of progressed to where I plan on updating my blog and posting new stuff. I'm a college student living in South Jersey majoring in Engineering and I love pro wrestling and art. Yep, that pretty much covers it.
